If I could rate higher than a “5” I would. Celia is just an all-around great person to involved. She goes beyond her duties to help in any way she can and makes everything very special and personal. She takes the time to get to know you and work with you each step of the way. And believe me, all the guests will think so too, I can’t stop hearing compliments to Celia from all who attended!
