This is from the New York Times a few years ago, but still,  how cool would it be to end your wedding with a marshmallow trolley??? Way cool.

Food Carts Make the Rounds at Hotels

DESCRIPTIONTreats at the Duane Street Hotel.

Taking their cue from the food-truck trend, a number of upscale hotels have initiated food trolleys.

Among them is the Four Seasons Resort Palm Beach, where twice each afternoon, the hotel’s caipirinha cart makes its way around the pool deck dispensing Brazilian cocktails made to order chaise-side ($12).

The Ritz-Carlton Chicago has a variation on the same theme: between 3 and 6 p.m., guests can call up a visit from the Candy Man, who wheels a cart stocked with gummy bears, M&Ms, Sour Patch Kids and more ($10 per pound).

And this month the Duane Street Hotel in New York  began running a  Marshmallow Trolley, proffering house-made marshmallows  (above)  door-to-door in flavors like  violet, ginger and cardamom Thursday through Sunday evenings. Guests who miss it can pick up their free sweets later from the front desk, where the trolley is eventually parked.
